Please look into Brad Johnson's BCR/TC Technique and/or Black Ball/White Ball techniques on YouTube to help with loosening these states. Remember that the healing codes can only remove what is loosened or released entirely through you, and then Spirit can collect it. Please keep this in mind as you create your discrepancy list.
